PMW's engineering department employees have in excess of 50 years experience in the plastics industry. We have full product design support capabilities utilizing Pro-Engineer and Solid Works software. CAD/CAM capabilities include Auto Cad as well as Surf Cam. PMW utilizes a Faro Gold Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to assist in reverse engineering and quality control. PMW has the capability to produce prototype and small volume tooling in-house and can make our own patterns for the higher volume aluminum, temperature controlled tools produced outside.
